I was wondering how I can become comfortable with the idea of having sex?

I’ve recently had sex, and felt extremely guilty about it, and was wondering how I could let free, and just be with the person that I want to be with without feeling guilty about it afterwards.
Why would you feel guilty about it? Personally, I have only had sex with the man that I love and I have never felt guilty. We even had it before marriage. It has never felt wrong. But a part of me believes that sex isn't even associated with love. We mistake sex for romance. I suppose that is something to think about. If you want to have sex, then have sex and enjoy it. The only time I would think you would be guilty is if you cheated on someone or you didn't use protection when you didn't want to have children at the time. That is just my opinion.
