So I need to find out ways to lose weight. im 13 and 150bls and very insecure about my weight. my family makes fat jokes about me all the time. I don’t eat or drink any sweets or sodas, and I walk almost everywhere. I also have to run up and down my stairs multiple times a day. I drink loads of water, I exercise, and I barely eat more than 1000 calories a day, but I still cant lose the weight. in fact, I seem to be gaining. I really need to find another way to lose weight without diet pills, cuz my parents would find out. I have a feeling that im becoming anorexic; im obessed with counting calories…
P.S. no I do not want to become bulimic, but if throwing up is the only way…
