It sounds like you are in a tough situation. If you can join a support group wherever you are (or even online here) then do it. While you are at home, after an incident, tell yourself 2 good and positive things for every bad thing they say. It sounds silly, but you know you are being abused, so that is an excellent step forward. See if you can look up support centres wherever you live.
