Well, you won't know unless you talk to her. The worst thing that'll happen is that she won't be interested, resulting in you two not talking. And that's pretty much how the situation is today, so you have nothing to lose :)

She could be possibly interested in getting to know you but I would say no. If you really want to know you should talk to her. Girls will literally wait for the guy to start the conversation 9 out 10. When you see her say hi or bye or smile when you guys make eye contact and wave. Don't get too personal when you first talk just keep it simple. You guys could talk about the most boring stuff in the world but if she was interested she wouldn't care and keep talking with you.
