No, surely when you are in your room everything is very quiet, this makes your hear things in a different way because your brain is trying to make the sound have some sense the same thing happens with sight in a dark room. We want unfamiliar things to become familiar. If they intensify or you start to hear them in other places go and see a specialist.

my room is complete quite... and surly if i heard them at night i would hear them during the day if it was a brain problem? and strange things have happened in my room before... if it is a spirit or demon trying to reach me how do i reply?

Just a comment, but you might have schizophrenia maybe? You know, when you see or hear things that aren't there and your mind is just imagining things up. Or maybe it's because your really tired and you start hallucinating. But I think it's highly unlikely that a spirit is trying to reach out to you (personal opinion sorry).

Try to rule out neighbors and brain problems first.
