I feel so alone

I don’t know what to do, i cant vent, I’ve tried and then ending up listening to the listener because i just couldn’t let it out. I keep it bottled up and I cant decided which is worse.
Feeling like i have no one to tell, or the fact that i wouldn’t tell them anyway

It sounds like you're struggling to organize your thoughts. Try to just loosen up and let your thoughts come naturally, hold onto them, and make clear sense of them. From here, you might even be able to plan a course of action to help yourself get better, but just try to maybe write it down, to let off a little steam. Understanding what's going on is the most important thing. If you can build your confidence and try and tell someone, whether they're anonymous or someone you know, then that's another big step for progress. Remember, there are plenty of people who are willing and want to help you, but you have to try and let them. Hope this helped a little, maybe.

Why don't you write your feelings, issues, or whatever you want to share, on your own, then paste it in the conversation? Then the listener replies, and if you still need time to reply, you can say goodbye and reply on your own to what they suggested, or asked. A bit of conversations like this and you will have a bit of a brainstorm about your issue.

hey its understandable to run into something head on and before your about to let it all out back away its just common fear its easier to get to know someone first someone you know wont judge you your never truly alone even when you think you are dont force yourself to spill something when your not ready cause that could do more bad than good only do it when your ready and you trust the person :) if you want you can message me and i will honestly do the best i can to help :) dont worry about it everything gets solved eventually its just up to you as to who helps you solve it just keep your head up high and be happy :)
