Trying to solve a problem by creating another problem is definitely not ideal. If you are truly overweight and want to loose weight I would suggest you count you set up a daily calorie intake and count your calories every day aiming to loose about 0.5-1kg a week. Starving will only destroy your muscles and body in general which will be a problem after you lost the weight and want to tone up etc. Also starving your body from the nutrition it naturally requires will slowly if not already lead to other problems such as depression and more.If you are truly committed about changing your body weight, set up a calorie intake (there are lots of mobile apps that can help with this), exercise, look forward positively to the body you want to create and get some emotional support from friends or have someone as your dedicated cheer leader! This is not an overnight task but it can be life changing if you put your mind to it and stick to it.

I'm sure you're not ugly. Please don't say these things about yourself. You might feel fat but that doesn't mean you are actually overweight. The goal should be to feel healthy. If that is what you mean, I personally recommend either the blood type diet or the genotype diet as it is tailored to your own specific needs. I wasn't trying to lose weight on it but I was just trying to heal my stomach and it's the only diet I actually feel good on. There's also different exercises that are best for each type. It's worth looking into. And remember - you're much more than just a body. The real you is your personality. And that's what matters more than anything else. So be kind to yourself.

thinking that starving and/or going anorexic isn't the best nor the healthiest way to go. some people may start smoking in exchange for their appetites, while others actually take the time to eat more healthy , and gradually lose the weight amount that they want, while still maintaining a healthy weight range.
