Masturbation is something you're gonna have to discover yourself, I would suggest reading the wikipedia article on it and maybe google "how do I masturbate".. It's a healthy, normal thing to do and most people engage in it but it's still fairly taboo and an awkward subject so make sure you read about it/do it in private.
See it as an exploration of your own sexuality.
