How to pull an all nighter

0

I’m going to try to stay up all night, and I don’t know what to do! I’m starting to get tired, but I’ll wake up later. What can you do to stay up all night? I thought just staying on fb and talking on here.

Caffeine, and lots of it.

Clean, or maybe read something or play video games. Is there any particular reason you want to pull an all-nighter?

screens mess with your circadian rythym, turn your screen brightness up more then usual, walk around, don't just sit. Maybe do jumping jacks, stuff like that.

I find watching youtube videos help.

2 things: thermos of tea & an entire season of a new or even your favorite tv show to put on your laptop!...and keep your eyes away from clocks

I completely go with @Freya, I will say that your favorite TV show would be great, and keep moving every now and then.

From what I've learned pulling all nighters, caffeine, caffeine, and more caffeine. I never get into my bed, just make it and sit on top of it, keep the lights on around me. My biggest tip would be to keep occupied, find fun things to do, watch videos/movies, paint your nails, read, whatever. If you reach that point where you can't seem to keep your eyes open, what I do is fill a sink with super cold water and just dunk my face in, that never fails!

Insomnia. I really wish I COULDNT stay up all night. Without advising drugs.. I'd say friends, caffeine and music?

Caffeine and doing something that interests you. Maybe even watch a T.V. show!
