Confidence is key! You've gotta believe in yourself, hon. You have to make yourself believe that you're an interesting, fun type of person that people want to talk to. I, myself have been dealing with social anxiety my entire life, and I know for a fact that confidence is the biggest step in breaking the anti-social habits.
Talk about interesting topics with your friends, things that deeply interest you. If you're passionate about what you're speaking about, you'll feel more confident about discussing it, plus you'll be getting insight from others.
Do things that make you happy with friends, maybe you love getting coffee or going outdoors. You'll be more comfortable in an environment that you enjoy.
