loving yourself isn't something that happens over night and it does take time
however, if you believe you are fat [which i am sure you are not, people would not lie to you and if they are your friends and family who are telling you, i am definitely sure they are telling you the truth]
having a boyfriend isn't the be all and end all! i am sure you are a wonderful person and are beautiful, perhaps you don't really put yourself out there as much as everyone else.
to have love in your life, you should love yourself first.
here are some things that i have previously tried to help myself feel better in my own body -
- i have a reminder on my phone everyday, it tells me in the morning to feel good about how i look
- try looking in the mirror and instead of looking at your flaws, focus on things you like about yourself
- attempt to be more confident, stand tall and smile a lot - people will notice you more if you smile and people will more inclined to speak to someone who smiles
if you really want to see some changes in your body, then try toning up more, you probably don't need to lose any weight at all, but toning up and eating a little more healthier will make you feel better on the inside - drinking water also helps you feel better too
