How to get rid of nightmares?

you have to go to the police, doing that to some one is never right. they took something away from you that you will never get back. It may seem like it was too long ago to do anything now but its never to late. tell your family as well. the longer you keep this bottled up inside you will just break down it will eat at you, get one of your best friends to come with you. Also if some rapes an underage child and got away they most likely will do it to another. So not only will you be helping yourself you may be helping someone else. wish you all the best.
