How to deal with Headache?

I suffer form Headache which last for 1 hr to 5 hr. Do anyone can help me?

well I use tea sometimes but if this is a common thing, I would go see a doctor or try to relieve stress in your life.

I like to take a nap, listen to soft music (like Christian stuff), and always PRAY! :)
