How to be more comfortable talking or performing in front of a group of people?

Before and during presenting something in front of class, playing the piano, or doing a skit, I start breathing really heavily, sweating, blushing, stuttering, and shaking. For some reason, these are less common when I’m in front of a large group, and they are strong when I’m in front of a small group. I enjoy going up and talking, presenting, and performing things, but it becomes less enjoyable when I start getting really nervous. I want to be able to feel comfortable and confident in front of others, but even the thought of going standing in front makes me feel nervous.

i get nervous talking to people to, ive been told that i seem okay and not FREAKING OUT inside in social situations, but its helped me a lot to just think like.. the people im talking around might be having the same insecurities inside, the same fears, and im just showing them more.. or even maybe they are doing something different and that is how they express their anxiety. i just try to breathe deep breaths and ground myself and just be me. i know it is hard but practice makes better c;
