Go to their profile and click on Add friend. If it says you already send one, you have to wait for that person to accept it. if that doesnt work send them a message asking them to add you, and then you can accept it.
I know that biut i have this bug that tell me i've already sent one and it shows the button "cancel friendship request" instead of "add friend" and if I click on the button, it just doesnt do anything!
