It's never easy expressing to someone how you feel. That first step is hard. Just go up to whoever that person is that you will be talking to and just say, Hey, you know, I've got some things bothering me and I really need to talk to someone about it. Let them know you haven't ever gone to someone about your feelings before, so it might be a little hard for you, but you need to. And just start wherever your mind allows you. Be honest. Remember, there is no right or wrong way of doing this. Just take a deep breathe and say what comes to your mind. If you cry, that's okay. Remember it doesn't make you weak. The fact that you are reaching out and trying to get help is a proof that you are strong. You can get through this and my inbox is open to you.
