I don’t know how to stop it. Ive tried other hobbies and stuff but I cant seem to find something that can stop it. And right now its some I do when I’m sad, mad, even bored now its just getting worse and deeper. Please help me.
Right now, you are virtually addicted to the pain and sensation of cutting. Everytime you cut, natural painkillers flare and they can actively give you a very low form of high. I would imagine that your body expects this, and now craves it in times of stress or boredom. I have said this before and I will say it again, self-harm is an addiction. It won't be an easy habit to break. I suggest seeing a therapist, and continue to dabble in various other hobbies and pass times. Good luck to you, and be prosperous in your endeavors.
First, It's going to be hard, but the best thing you could do is see someone, a doctor or a therapist. It worked for me. You may not be able to go cold turkey, but I was told to half it, but make sure the blade was clean while transitioning to something else. Perhaps instead of cutting pinch the skin when you feel the need?

Honestly, I went cold turkey. It was - and still is - the hardest thing in the world. I'm a month clean, and still straggling daily. Everyone's different. Talking to someone, or doing a less severe form of self-harm, could totally help.
