When I was younger, I dealt with regular anxiety attacks. Triggered by depression, the things around me in my life, and sometimes nothing at all! It's terrible, and I know how you feel.
What I did, was find a safe place. Find a place in your home, or even in your surroundings, that makes you feel safe. Keep a "Care kit" around that area, full of other things that make you feel safe as well! A book, a movie, a book, or some music that makes you feel safe and relaxed most of the time. When you feel yourself beginning to get anxious, and you feel an attack coming on? Go to your safe place, and take those things out. Look, listen, and appreciate them. And remind yourself... Everything is fine! I am here, and thinks are going to be all right. This is a perfectly normal feeling, and it will pass. I can be, and will be fine. I can get through this."
