Perhaps she truly does have feelings for you and thats why she has been physically involved with you? Maybe she just doesn't know how to vocalize those feelings and she is confused? Even if this isn't the case its not fair for her to be leading you on and then shutting you down. I think you need to be honest with her... if you want to save the friendship that is. Tell her its not okay for her to be taking advantage of you and your feelings. If she is a true friend she will understand, apologize, and change her actions. I wish the best for you.

I have been in kind of similar situation before, she is straight and I'm still not sure about my sexuality. She got a bf, he was the main reason she broke off our friendship and I losing my very best friend. It's been 3 years; I’m still not completely over her.
