how do i deal with my temper?

it’s not uncommon to butt heads, so to speak, in the family especially with siblings. or like, just get plain irritated and annoyed at various things that happen in the day. *sigh* so the thing is, sometimes, from being calm i go to this absolutely angry almost rage like state in a snap. it disturbs me really that i cannot control this. i’ve hurt people emotionally and sometimes physically. i’ve tried deep breathing, counting to ten, and all that jazz.. it’s just that sometimes, those things aren’t applicable.. any suggestions?

Hey! So, let me start by telling you that I know how this feels. If the regular methods such as deep breathing and counting as you listed, don't work, then you need to take a more drastic step.. My suggestion is that you start some basic levels of Yoga, they reaaaally help.And if you are adamant it won't work, then you should try devoting your time to an activity that you enjoy and that will take up your mental space and energy.If you need any more help on anger management then don't hesitate to PM me : )All the best!
