That's a very rough feeling and I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. The best thing I can recommend to you right now is to fully get involved in activities and distractions. Go out with your girlfriends, go running, write, watch funny TV shows, that kind of thing. I know it doesn't take away the inner pain but it can definitely be helpful in times like these where you need a distraction. I would also recommend talking to someone you trust about what you feel and what you are going through. Maybe you could try to only talk or think about it at designated times, so that it would not begin to dominate your life and hurt you more. I know it's super hard right now but I know that you will find someone who is absolutely amazing. xx
