Host Change? What do I do?

So for starters I have DID/MPD. My alter Poesy has been out A LOT recently and it’s being to worry me we’re doing a host change where I will no longer be host. That scares me because my family won’t act well to a host change. Sometimes a host change can’t be helped. It’s not like Poesy and me are choosing to switch places. But at the same time I’m freaking out. Anyone here know what I’m talking about? Any advice?
