Death actually solves your problems if you are really really very selfish that you don't care about the misery of the people that care about you. But it doesn't if you do. And about death penalty, its not for the person who is dead but its for people who are alive and desire a justice for their loss. And also that people are scared of death so the fear keeps the crime in check

The problem is that the people on BT are not the same as the people who create laws. While most people on this site value human life, governments tend to take a more unforgiving role- they see people just as numbers. And if you ignore the fact that each person has a story and that everyone deserves to be helped, and just think of humans as statistics, it becomes easier to kill people.

The death penalty is in place for violent criminals who are a danger to others. I don't believe there should be a death penalty. I believe we should try to help these criminals. So no, I don't think death solves problems.

like others have said, you're going to get a biased answer if you ask this site because people here are much more considerate than most people in general, the death penalty is a controversial topic that you could probably better discus in the debate fourm

really now? then by all means i deserve a death penalty eh Jai Raj? keeps crime in check? i think it only says "stay out of america, you pesky immigrants" it dosent keep crime in check, for one it just makes criminals perform crimes more succesfuly to avoid a death sentence and two there is no point for criminals to surrender if they shot the store clerk and shot the gaurd and the shooter is surrounded by cops why should they give up if their just going to get killed anyway? what happened to the famous motto "never give up"? You're a fool.
