If you have a kindle, there's the Ghosts series by Jonathan Moeller which is quite an amazing series that's still going. Also if you want to see what young people have written, there is this amazing website called Wattpad. But beware of all the One Direction fanfiction!

If you enjoy reading Looking for Alaska and The Fault in Our Stars, read Paper Towns and An Abundance of Katherine's by John Green as well. If You like his type of writing read The Beginning of Everything or Severed Heads, Broken Hearts by Robyn Schneider. :) I hope you enjoy them, I loved them!

The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón was the most memorable book I read several years ago. It took me to another place, to a labyrinth of libraries, secrets and adventures. I honestly kept loosing track of time and. It's a fun read. It had let my imagination go wild to a point where I kept on forgetting I was in a small room :)

I have to say that I really didn't like Fault in Our Stars. So I picked up Open Heart hoping it will a bit more in depth than Fault in Our Stars. A great light read is Star Dust by Neil Giamen. Also Lois Lowry wrote the Giver Series which is amazing. If you liked Hunger Games you will like The Giver. I think the last book is the best in the series, "The Messenger". I'd completely skip over the second book. It is fairly disconnected from the two books and is just awful. I am just re-reading The Sunset Limited but it is a great radio drama to listen to.

Maybe you should check out David Levithan's books, he's a really cool writer. Also try Fangirl, or Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. And I heard Ready Player One is good too, also Me, Earl and the Dying Girl. Hope I helped.

Yes, basically the books by John Green like Paper Towns and Will Grayson, Will Grayson. Also, if you enjoy or are interested in thriller kind of stories, I'd suggest Simple Genius by David Baldacci and The Road by Cormac McCarthy. And, although some may be harder to get into, The Hunger Games series is also pretty great.
