Look up 8 minute workouts on youtubes, it's this old video from the 80's but it's fantastic! They have 8 minute arms, abs, legs, and butt and you can really feel it and tone your core. Things like running won't do much except increase your heart rate. Best of luck!

If you want to loose weight quickly, it will end up to be a long and bumpy ride. That said there is a way to do this that will not harm you and may actually be much healthier for the long run. I repeat IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY, IT WILL COME BACK QUICKLY. 1. Accept your body as it is. Try not to compare to other people's bodies no matter how attractive they are or try to convince you. This acceptance will place a firm foundation on which you build from. If you try to focus somewhere else, this foundation will crumble. 2. Start slow. Find some basic exercises that will get your body ready for the process to come. I would refer to you Cafe Holistic's "Morning Stretch Routine" because it is very basic and yet you work out quite a bit. The link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQdOUB00CuM 3. After a week of doing just basic stretches you may want to add some cardio, and that is fine. If you want to go jogging, great, but don't expect too much too soon. Start slow, learn to build up stamina, and get faster and run longer LITTLE BY LITTLE. 3A. If jogging is not your type, you can try sports, which tie in the element of teamwork, or just another person. I can tell you that Tennis and Basketball work great. In tennis, you have small quick movements but a lot of them and you have the challenge of being the lone member to defend against a speeding ball. Basketball, is almost the same but actually is a bit more complicated. I would say to take it from day one, dribbling and trying to pass. Next week maybe shooting the ball and then developing skills from there. CONCLUSION: If loosing weight is your goal, do not rush it. I was there, and I have been on a roller-coaster since I first started, but since I learned to accept my conditions where ever I was and then work from there slowly changing to my body's needs, I have become better. I hope you can too. Take care!
