Does anyone else have this problem?

Like, say you’re getting ready to go out does anyone else sit there and think of every possible bad thing that could happen and it comes to a point where you often cancel plans or have panic attacks. Does that happen to any of you guys? and if it does, how do you get over it?

I have a friend who has that exact problem. A lot of times she needs someone to talk to her to calm her down. Sometimes I make her do an exercise in which she thinks of all the GOOD things that could happen instead of the bad. Try that out!

I have this every time I try and go to the doctors due to bad experiences. It's gotten to the point where I've done this legal thing where my sister can go on my behalf, but it's not all that great because it means I can only get medication but not physical treatment which I really need. In your case I suggest starting with smaller things. Maybe make a very small plan with a really great friend like maybe sitting on the pavement outside your house and talking or sitting by your door sort of thing. Either that or seek out a therapist or see a doctor. This one's a little scarier but you can always write a letter saying you agree for someone else to be there on your behalf and they can come home and give you anxiety medication or anxiety helping techniques. Or you could even just google anxiety helping techniques

You might be dealing with a form of Social Anxiety. Your best bet would be to talk to your doctor/therapist/psychiatrist and consider medication and/or therapy.
It happens to me too, but something you need to remind yourself of is that all of the things you worry about...are 99% most likely not going to happen. Your friends are just people and they feel the same emotions as you do, and they have embarrassing moments. They don't have it together every second of the day, they're not perfect.
Start caring a stress ball or string to play with when you get nervous. Remember to breath deeply and slowly. Close your eyes, count to ten. Tell yourself that the anxiety and panic will pass, it always does. You're going to be okay.
I really do recommend talking to a doctor.
