Do I need “help”?

0

Today I realized that I have more fandoms than friends. I seriously cry and get upset over deaths ir other bad things happening to the characters. Example: I found myself looking for “my wand”; I thought that my dishwasher was the tardis and cried when it wasn’t really the doctor; Finally, I was worrying about if I would ever have to go to the hunger games. I think that I hace fandoms so I can live in my own fantasy world where I have friends and so I don’t feel lonely. Wgat do you guys think about this behavior?

Actually, if you're having trouble finding the line between reality and fantasy i'd say you need help. People forget they're not here to be nice but to try and give proper advice.

Edit: Which in the end, is the only real being nice, btw :)

There is nothing wrong with being a fan, but you need to get a bigger dose of reality outside of the idiot box. (If you see what I did there.)

Every actor who has ever portrayed The Doctor, all of your favorite actors and actresses would thank you for being such a wonderful fan, but they would tell you to come out of the illusion and into the real world.

being a fan is fun and awesome and you can meet a lot of people that share that interest with you but when it's time to pop back into reality make sure you can handle it.

Thanks, I guess being in fandoms is a great way to meet new people!
