Recently, my depression and mood fluctuations got worse. After taking anti depressants, and then Lamotrigine (for bi-polar disorder) the side effects, or what I thought, were making me feel worse. Turns out I had some bad parasites, and possibly worms on the inside. Now, i'm detoxing and cleaning it out! AND I'm feeling A LOT better! Not saying you have parasites, but try a new, good, clean diet and maybe your mood will heighten along with better eating.
