Can a perfect life be just the same as a terrible life?

What I am asking is that; Can getting everything that you want and have everyone that loves you there for you make you wish that you didn’t have that kind of life? Is it terrible to wish you weren’t so lucky?

It's completely natural for a human to want things they'd don't have. Wanting to not have as much simply means that you feel you have too much. If you feel this way you could always volunteer at animal shelters or homeless shelters. (Although they sound very boring and hard , they actually aren't! You meet very nice people and you make their lives so so so much better by just speaking to them.)

I agree with autumn said, but to add more to it, do you feel guilty about it? That you were so lucky, compared to a lot of people out there who are unlucky?

I think there are a lot of people that wish they weren't so lucky. They can feel a lot of guilt. Also, there is some reason (I don't know why), why mental illnesses and such things are actually desired by some people.

There are times that people end up thinking that all that they have maybe isn't what they want. You can be rich and end up fed up with that life or highly religious and wanting to be regarded as a sinner for a while. It all depends on the situation.

That sounds like guilt; guilt for having when others have not. It is a common sentiment, but by no means is it a healthy one. If you dislike how others do not have as much as you, and you want to help others, then do so, but never levy guilt upon yourself for not being poor or unhappy like other people.

As an unemployed 27-year-old living in poverty, I can tell you that the grass definitely is NOT greener on this side of the affluence spectrum.
