Is ON & OFF relationship bad for other future relationships?

I been in one and he was a cheater so does it hurt my trust and my future relationships? I’m not with that person now it was awhile back. It was weird too that he used to test my react when he told me he cheated when he didn’t but when he did , he didn’t tell me. We were kind of like 6 months together. Then he ask if we can be friends with benefits but I said no. Then years later he wants to hit it off. he is so weird!

The past isn't the future. You shape your own path. Learn from it so you don't repeat it. Getting back together with him would only be a repeat the past. Look forward to new relationships, don't let this hold you back.

Some people are just weird like that. Don't let this guy change what you see in other guys. Not everyone is a cheater like him. Having an on off relationship isn't bad for future relationships, it teaches you to stay away from the cheaters and look for the people who are serious about relationships.

So go out there and don't let this guy bother you any more!

Depends if you let it affect your future relationships. Maybe try to find someone who's more trustworthy and doesn't need to test you, but instead loves and respects you. It might be hard to trust again, but time heals all and you will find someone who is worth your time.
