I have the same problem. well I wake up fine, its the going to sleep part. Im tired all day until it gets dark and then it's like boom, no sleep for you. It's really annoying some night, because I have nothing to do and no one to talk to. I don't know if this is really any help but on nights I have a really hard time sleeping I drink some hot tea and listen to nature sounds and that seems to get me to sleep pretty quick. It make my mind go blank, otherwise I am up thinking about stuff that isnt even real or worth thinking about. What have you tried? Have you seen a doctor about it?
