Losing people doesn't make you a bad person even if you feel like you're the one who pushed them away. It could just be you're confused or something. And I'm sure if you reach back out to them then your family would love to be back in your life. But if you mean you have lost them in the sense they are dead then I am so so sorry for your loss but its not your fault in the slightest and no matter what the situation you can't blame yourself

because i let my children slip away, but i have lost my dad, my son and my brother by death. so i think god is punishing me

A murderer is not a murderer, even if he fires a gun at someone and misses. If you feel you've done something to push someone away, it doesn't make you a bad person. Maybe you can see it as experiences you can learn from and be more mindful in the future? We all make mistakes. It's not your fault that if you reacted a certain way to anything. It's okay to feel the way you feel and to be yourself. If these family members are not around because of death, there is no way that can be your fault. You shouldn't blame yourself ever for that sort of thing. We'll all go through that ourselves one day.
