Well, nothing or no one is ever perfect. It’s important that you remember that. I’ve made my own mistakes, but if I hadn’t gone through the hell that I’ve gone through, that is ongoing, I wouldn’t begin to fathom, to create, to understand what ”heaven” might be. Don’t beat yourself up for it, it doesn’t do any good.

Anti depressants generally take 4-6 weeks to kick in. Sometimes you’ll feel the side effects before noticing a difference and if they are working. But keep taking them as they were prescribed to you. After a month or two talk to your doctor about how you’re feeling. Hang in there!
