I feeling panic,d and in raged at once. I feel like I m being taken advantage of or that my partner just doesn’t care anymore.like anything I do is just spinning my wheels,pointless.honestly i m new to this and i dont know how to inbox u.

thank u i do feel alone in this feelings. i want to rip out my heart soul and all emotions. so maybe that way i could be numb. then i wouldnt b angry or sad. arrrrrgh?

Thank u for the kind words.I am trying my best to choose to be happy.I m truely trying however I think my emotions r getting the best of me.
