Been getting more exercise to help pull me from this depression and help me sleep better at night…the run was chose on a REALLY hot day (mistake!) and today the house cleaning has paid off (looks great!). My patience is running low, the list is running long and I’m just going to have to keep forcing my next step until it all slows down. Is it so much to ask for peace? Sometimes I think me and a cave would get along well.

Emotions are misleading sometimes. I need to live by what I know to be true and good.

I feel so alone a lot, yet at night time I feel more alone waiting for the sun to come back up and those I love to emerge from their sleep, only to wish for silence and alone time again as the day progresses. Does this make sense? To me it does.

Life never turns out the way we expect it will but after times of hardship (that seem to last forever) I have to look back and smile at how much stronger I am. At that point, I am thankful for having gone through such pain. This is what it’s all about. Without pain/hardship how would I change or grow to be a better me?

There are times we see in such a negative way and feel such hurt even words could not express…in these times don’t give up. There will always be a light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t lose hope completely in a world so full of possibilities; possibilities even further or beyond what the eye can see…

There is hope, found in even the smallest of things, if we see it that way. A struggle is a struggle, sure, but in this struggle there is a friend.
