Depression makes life foggy….muddled thinking, negative thoughts/words/actions, low self esteem, mistrusting, confused, angry, and the well known, loss of previous desires/hobbies/interests. Depression is a silent killer of self. Don’t be afraid…it will pass in time…make yourself do all you can (even if it’s not much) to remain in normalcy. It is difficult but ”this too shall pass”….
