    Day after my birthday and all hell breaks loose. Because of someone who can’t do their job correctly (or as I was later told, apparently was not given the correct tools to do their job correctly) I now have to go through the stress of not knowing whether I can stay at my job or not and have been left to pick up the pieces by myself. I have support from my boss and coworkers and I thank them for this, but all in all, it’s me that has to pick up the pieces because I’m the one that has to figure this out. This all could have been avoided had this person done their job correctly in the first place. They tell me certain things can be done but the more I read on the official website the more I’m learning the things they say that can be done cannot be done. Once again I’m left to figure this out and be the responsible one. Not only that they are making my boss deal with the consequences of their actions when all he has done is be supportive and tried to help me the best he can. I am so stressed right now I can’t sleep and I have a thing to go to for said people! This is not fair and I can’t believe it’s happening. I love this company so much and they have been great to me until now, but this is such a huge blunder that could have been so easily fixed with a little communication. It makes me doubt the people that I work for and I really hope they prove to me that they are worth trusting again.

      Please don’t feel annoyed, angry or frustrated @akgibson, I would speak to your manager at work and those you work with so things can get sorted, I would mentor those who are struggling and help them find the best way to work so mistakes can be avoided, I’m sure you will find a way to easily fix things, stay positive and keep going, you can do it, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

      Hang in there and don’t give up! Maybe you can educate them how to do the correct job so that you don’t end up having to do things yourself. I’m sorry you ended up have a bad time after your birthday, but I do hope you did have a good birthday though. And if you feel like this job is not for you anymore, that’s okay! then quit and get another job! Sometimes we just need to quit and get a different job. It’s all up to you, its your life and how you make it. :)
