    @oliver You seem to be a very helpful person and I was wondering if you might be able to help me with reactivating my account. Currently it won’t let me answer any questions or do much without an activation code, but it’s not sending me one either? I tried the help section on the website but it doesn’t offer much guidance. Also there doesn’t appear to be a support link for the website. I really want to get back to interacting with members here and trying to help but BT is making it a bit difficult at the moment. Do you have any ideas?
