Try to focus on making yourself happier @say-hola, you could try writing down how you feel or punching something soft to help get all the tension out of you, if you feel getting medication is right for you, you could do it, you deserve things in life that make you feel good, I don’t want to see you feeling down or upset, I’ll always be here if you need to vent, message me anytime if you want, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
Hi, Anger is usually an emotion that hides fear. So, what are you afraid of? And I am not talking about spiders. I am talking about abandonment, self worth, those types of issues. If you can understand what those are, and where they stem from, then you can start to work on them and the anger will start to lessen. But if you don’t, you will just remain angry, and anger will turn to rage. It is not a healthy coping strategy. Please feel free to pm me, if you would like to just chat.
