I feel the exact same way – it’s probably because the main reason is that we fear rejection, misinterpretation, or misjudgement in many forms. We don’t want that to happen but if our loved ones do that, it’s even more heartbreaking. It takes up a lot of courage to speak up to people about things that we think can change their minds or views about us. Although it can be hard and difficult in the beginning, it is worth it. You deserve the support from your loved ones and they don’t want you to suffer with any kind of burden.
