okay so ice made it one day…maybe I can become the person I used to be again. it still seems hopeless, but I know that with the strength God gives me I can eventually get through this

It’s good that you’ve made it through one day and you can surely make it through another and then another one again. You can do this. You can achieve anything, as long as you believe in yourself.
