There is no need to call yourself fat. Actually based on your measurements, you have a normal, healthy BMI. I know the feeling, of looking in the mirror and being disgusted with myself and my weight. That led me to anorexia, and a whole bunch of side affects that I still have to this day. If you aren’t pleased with your looks that try your best to start finding healthy ways in dieting and exercise to help shed a few pounds, but don’t let it become an obsession.
