    I have been cutting a lot, like everyday, and multiple times a day. Any one out there to help me!

    Mood : Depressed
    • Put the blade somewhere you can’t reach it (toilet tank, buried outside, highest shelf, public trash can).
      Keep a stash of ice cubes or rubber bands at hand. When you feel like cutting, squeeze a piece of ice until it melts or snap a rubber band against your wrist.
      Do something that keeps your hands busy like drawing, making tea, knitting, etc.

    • I do put it high, I always get a hold of something else and just cut. My boyfriend had tried to get me to stop, and I would for him, but it’s harder than it seams. I do pills, and get high on a daily basis(usually). My boyfriend walked in on me cutting one day, and grabbed my knife and begged me to stop. He was crying. I stopped for 2 months, and now I’m back again. He held me for 2 hours and he wants me to stop. and I would for him, but I can’t. Nothing else I do works. Cutting, pills, and weed is an addiction to me.

    • Go talk to someone about it or see a psychiatrist. Meanwhile, you can find a support group or a blog that you can relate to. It really helps :)
