I’m trying to quit smoking! I’ve also been trying to quit smoking for the past six years. I’ve never had such a problem giving something up!! Last year I had a lot of success using e-cigarettes (not quitting, I know but it’s gotta be better than continuing to smoke, right?). For whatever reason, I gave up on the e-cigs and started smoking again WHY?! I can’t let my past failures prevent me from succeeding now though! Wish me luck!
I had luck with the Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking.
