If you had the power to would you want to live forever?

Yes, I would. As long as I could live at a set age, I'd want to live forever. I think it'd be cool to see the advancement of the world. I mean, we're living in a great time right now. Science, technology, and medicine are advancing so quickly. Also, I would have a bunch of time to travel, explore, try a lot of stuff. Like Roger from American Dad, sort of.

Yes if I could live through certain life stages over and over again - or stay at a set age - like in my 30s or 40s. Would be cool to see the world progress and be a part of it - but I wouldn't want to be watching it pass me by while I am in some old folks home age 237 =)

Depends on what some people believe, I guess. If someone believes in life after death, they would rather pick the immortality that is offered by their beliefs. Because it means you will be immortal with the ones you love.

I personally would not want to live "forever". Longer? Yes, as long as the life stages were proportional to the added time.(Basically I wouldn't want to live an extra 100 years and my body degenerating at the same rate it would now.) I don't like the idea of NOT being able to die. I kind of feel like that would be a curse more than anything. While yes you can make more loved ones that would just mean more people to lose. I couldn't imagine having o live with the knowledge of 100 generations on me. Seems like it would be mentally exhausting after a while. This is something I often think about (sometimes for no apparent reason I guess...) and I have many reasons but some of them are harder to put into words.
