Hi there, Tanya.I have the same problems right now, and don't worry, we're not the only ones who are going through this and there are many ways to get help. Did you try venting out on someone here, already? What I used to do to get over my social anxiety was to picture everyone having paperbags over their heads so I couldn't see their faces. It's not as easy as it sounds, trust me. By doing this, what I wanted to achieve was to think of everyone as being faceless and nameless, and to them, I was also a faceless and nameless soul that no one wanted to be bothered with. That's actually the closest thing to the truth you can get - no one is actually going to be looking at you all the time... but the more you feel that all eyes are on you, the more that's going to happen. =]Feel free to message if you want more tips and tricks to venturing out of the house minus all the fear and anxiety.

thanks for the reply, im still figuring out this site. i dont mind people looking at me, i get nervous that something will happen to me like i will faint or something, this is all new to me because i wasnt always like this, this just really started about a month or so ago, i cant hardly even go to dr appt anymore, or the store, its awful because i used to be the type that hated to just sit at home

God that happened to me a year ago, now I'm fine with it but because I found out what was causing it so I could find my way out of it. My advice is to squeez your brain until you get a list of the possibilities of why is this happening to you and try to find out which one is it. A therapist can make that job for you but if you can't get one then you'll have to do it by yourself which is a bit difficult. Some advice is to not push yourself outside if you don't want to because it can be dangerous if you have very high levels of stress. You can talk to me if you want or I can message you for more info. What I was told that helped me a lot is to tell myself "Nothing wrong is happening to me, I'm safe" x3 every time I started to panic a bit .
