i thought i was starting to be..then i talked myself out of it. i love my best friend to death and always want him in my life but only as that, some people can pull off the best friend/relationship thing but with him i don’t think we would work and i value our friendship too much

Best friends are hard to bridge that gap with but if it’s meant to be eventually that step into becoming more than friends kinda happens. If your afraid of loosing your best friend then maybe take a step back from your feelings and ask yourself if your feelings for your best friend are really wanting to make it more or are your feelings because you are lonely on the relationship front and as great as your best friend is your would like to have the intimacy as well as a great friendship.
