When reading comic books do you prefer more serious and dramatic or more humorous or some combination? Personally I prefer humor mixed in with a dramatic story line and some epic fight scenes.

I have really awful panic attacks on a regular basis and I can’t take medication due to some allergies I have so I was wondering what do other people do to deal with their panic attacks and anxiety?
