I have personally dealt with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self harm, (cutting and burning myself) i was anorexic for a while, with purging or throwing up food, i was in a mental hospital twice. one for attempted suicide. because of all of this i know how alot of people feel. i understand and NEVER judge. I am here to help and to listen. don't ever feel like you're bothering me because that's what i am here for.
