I'm quite a shy person (hence no picture!) and I have been struggling with depression for the past 10 years. It's been a really tough few years and I've almost reached rock bottom. I'm determined to make an effort to try and turn things around.

Music is one of my main loves…I know that no matter how bad my day has been listening to my fave bands will bring a smile to my face! I also love to read or watch movies and escape into another world.

I guess all that I'm looking for from this is to be able to speak to people who actually understand what I'm going through and the things I struggle with everyday.
